Privacy Policy
The information you provide to Jinglefish stays with Jinglefish. I don't sell, rent, copy, distribute, or otherwise set out
to make anyone else's personal information available to anyone. The only exceptions to this would be instances where Jinglefish
is bound by valid law, subpoena, or court order to make certain disclosures.
In compliance with California State law,
any customer can find out what information I have on file by making a written request, via U.S. Mail, to the address posted
on this website. If there is any information kept about you on file here which is incorrect, simply tell me in writing what
needs to be corrected and it shall be done within thirty (30) days. This standard shall govern policy as a whole and be applicable
to ANY Jinglefish customer from any state, country, dimension, alternative consciousness, and the like.
Cookies?
Jinglefish does not write or install cookies on this site directlly and has no control over anyone else's (third-party) cookies.
For example: If PayPal uses cookies in its transaction processing, including any HTML code integrated into this
site, please reference the PayPal privacy policies specifically as they are responsible for their own use of cookies or those
which are part of the integration coding, and I cannot assume any liability or responsibility for their cookies.

Shipping and Handling
I send the cards and posters out through regular U.S. Mail at no additional charge to you. If you need international
mail, that's $5.00; if you would like me to use Federal Express or even U.S. Postal Service's Express Mail, then actual charges
will apply.
NOTICE REGARDING CHECKS:
In the event a check is accepted for any given transaction
(at my sole discretion on a sale by sale basis): Pre-printed checks only with current address can be accepted. No third-party
checks or other weirdness. Returned checks are subject to, get this, the standard $35 return check fee allowed by law, along
with any and all bank fees and charges that may be levied on me from I don't know how many banks would be involved. So
please only write happy, non-bouncy checks. This policy is subject to period review and may change without prior
published notice.

Payment
PayPal has been selected to be the on-line facilitator of web-based transactions. It's fast, it's secure, and there are no
service fees to you. You can use your existing PayPal account if you have one, or use your credit card or debit card. Merchants
using PayPal do not see your private account information, PayPal deals with all of that.

Returns
Returns or exchanges are possible if initiated within thirty (30) days of purchase. I'm happy to exchange something
provided your original purchase has been returned undamaged. I want all of my customers to be happy with the products
and customer service standards.
